Before you come in

Most first visits are walk-in. This is what to expect.

  1. 01

    Step 1: Book your visit

Most visits are walk-in. Full-face visits and groups of four or more are booked on the booking page or by phone at either shop.

  2. 02

    Step 2: What to bring

Nothing special. A photo of a brow shape you like helps. For a group, have the names and the number ready.

    • A photo of a shape you like

    • The number in your group

  3. 03

    Step 3: When you arrive

Give your name at the desk. For a booked visit, arrive five minutes early. Come with skin washed and no makeup on the area if you can.

  4. 04

    Step 4: What to expect

Your threader looks at the area and agrees the shape with you. Then thread, one area at a time. Most walk-in services take 5 to 20 minutes, and we confirm the price before the first pass.

Who should wait

A few reasons to wait a few days

If any of these apply, tell your threader or call before you come. We may skip the area.

  • Sunburn or broken skin

Wait until the skin has healed. Thread pulls on the skin, and sore skin takes it badly.

  • Prescription skin medicine

Tell us if you use a prescription cream or tablets for your skin. Some thin the skin, and we may skip the area.

  • A recent peel, facial or wax

Give the area a week first, so the skin has settled.

  • A cold sore or breakout in the area

Wait until it has healed, so we don't spread it or make it sore.

If your skin reacts

Some redness right after threading is common. If you notice burning, swelling, hives or blisters, tell us and call your doctor or go to urgent care. Threading isn't right for everyone, and we'd rather stop than carry on.
