Walk-ins

Most visits need no appointment

Brows, lip, chin, forehead, sideburns and cheeks are walk-in at both shops, every open day.

A threader twists a loop of cotton thread and rolls it along the skin, lifting the hairs in a line. Each area is quick, so the line moves. Give your name at the desk and we take you in order.

  • No deposit for a walk-in

  • Brows take about 10 to 15 minutes

  • Bring a photo of a shape you like

The difference

Walk in, or book ahead

Both get you a threader. This is how they differ.

Busy times

When the line is longest

A guide, not a promise. Call either shop and we'll say how the list looks.

  • Saturday afternoon

The longest line of the week, at both shops. Come before noon, or book a set time.

  • After work

From about five on weekdays the line fills. A booked brow visit goes ahead of the list.

  • Before a wedding or a dance

The week before an event brings groups. Book a group visit so everyone has a chair.

  • The last hour

The line closes 30 minutes before the shop does. Arrive earlier if you have a train or a pickup.

Walk-in questions

Can I join the line by phone?

No. The list is kept at the desk. Call and we'll tell you how long it looks, then come in.

Do booked clients go first?

A booked client is taken at their time, so the list can pause for a minute. After that we go in order.

What if I'm late for a booked visit?

We hold your chair for 10 minutes. After that your visit moves to the next opening, or you can join the line.
